The Public Health Emergency (PHE) created an opportunity for significant growth in virtual care, which is now recognized as a tool for improving health equity and primary care access. As the PHE comes to a close and we transition to a new normal for health care service delivery, we want to take advantage of the lessons learned from the pandemic and build upon the progress made over the past several years in the digital care space.
